In the early 1980's I was active in the college Apartheid Divestment movement, nationally distributing the operational practices from Hampshire College, the first in the US to take this action.
The ANC had a representative in NYC who contacted me in that regard. I don't recall much save for establishing a bit of rapport with the individual and I didn't pursue the contact any further.
It is heartening however to see the historical role the ANC has, and is, playing in World History.
