In a curious case the husband of University of Washington Swedish Studies Christine Ingebritsen prosecuted me, in 1994, in a case of striking political similarity to that of the current Julian Assange controversy. I was an employee of the same County at the time as the Prosecutor, involved, through my studies as a graduate student at the UW, in the distribution of government records as part of a neighborhood education effort.
Former Prosecutor Jim Rogers, now a King County Superior Court Judge (Seattle, Washington) and his wife, UW Jackson School Professor of Swedish Studies Christine Ingebritsen.
After many years of consideration, I've corresponded with Professor Ingebritsen about this conspiracy of abusive sexual politics, of which she is, possibly, an unwitting party. The letter is after the jump.

Ms. Ingebritsen-
This is a tough letter that I have given quite a bit of consideration. It regards the behavior of your Husband, Judge Jim Rogers for events that occurred back in 1994 while he was a Prosecutor, and have due the specifics, involved you with or without your consent.
I am prompted to write you at this time because of the Julian Assange matter as it relates to your career specialty, the progressive, apparently, nation of Sweden, to which my experience with your Husband is of striking similarity – a political sexual allegation with little evidence (or no evidence as the final record in my case documents)
At the time I was both an employee of King County, a professional level perma-temp (whose work included KC Elections), and a Graduate student at the University of Washington. The case involved the University of Washington, and, due your marriage, he should’ve removed himself on the basis of conflict of interest.
The fact that his supervisor at the time, Barbara Linde was also married to a State Employee, Greg Canova, then a senior attorney under Christine Gregoire only further damns his actions, his use of sexual hate as a tool of governmental control.
I have no reason to believe that you have any knowledge, or participation, in these events, until this letter, a benefit of the doubt that Mr. Canova will not get. I am, however, informing you of this at this time, and your action is required.
Confirming the accuracy of my allegations will be fairly simple for you – as a former defendant in career your Husband should have no problem coming down hard on me for contacting you. I believe he will refuse to do so proving the evil and criminal nature of his actions. FWIW, I’m more than willing to respond to yet another instance of his criminal behavior. To make this even clearer, let me state that Mr. Rogers criminal actions present a consistent threat to my life actionable as self defense. I don’t have any intent of pursuing this, but, frankly, I sure hope someone in similar circumstances does.
Your Husband, by the legal standards of the King County Court is a sexual predator of our democracy and he needs to be judged by the standards he and his colleagues have applied to me, American Federal Law, those of the emerging international standard of ‘Universal Human Rights’, and the forseable consequences of same. By way of his conspiracy, of which by marriage and circumstances you are a part, these penalties must be trebled, for Justice to be done.
Your husband has only one possible authoritative choice to make, that is his suicide.
This notice is your opportunity to reject the behavior of your husband. You need to divorce him, for the above specific cause, and waive any sort of legal argument to not involving a spouse in a prosecution. I also request that you note the similarity of these abuses and those of the Assange case and willingly cooperate with my, and anyone else’s, investigation of same. – academic publishing in this regard is not something I can require you to do, but doing so would be the most appropriate thing to do.
I will need to hear your response, at least preliminarily, within 10 days.
Lastly, also, I make a public records request for the name, title, and contact information of everyone you have had contact with in the course of your UW Career, excepting, at this time, your Students, since May of 1994.
